剛寫完「部落格終極發問指南」，就收到好友阿力捎來的電子郵件。阿力人在海的另一邊，寫英文習慣了，我將他的郵件翻譯成中文，證明發問指南中的「丟銅板」這招可不是隨便敷衍讀者的。連好朋友都當過我的小白鼠囉。

剛剛上妳的部落格，讀到妳建議大家遇到無法抉擇的兩難困境時，乾脆用「丟銅板」決定。這讓我憶起多年前，我遇上一個困難又重大的人生抉擇，妳在我家，陪我釐清思緒。當時妳也建議我丟銅板決定。
我丟了不只一次。兩次都在我辦公室前面，手邊沒有銅板，所以我改用丟名片決定。
有件事妳大概不記得了。事後妳問我：攤開手心看答案前，你期待的是哪個選項？那通常就是心裡真正想要的。
我認為妳說的百分之百正確。

Totally remineded me of that time when I was facing a difficult and important personal decision several years ago. Remember you were helping me sort out the thoughts in my apartment? And you also told me to flip the coin.
I did it more than once. Both in front of my office and I couldn't find a coin so I used my business card.
One thing you probably don't remember. You asked me afterwards --- which answer do you wish to see before you actually look at it? That's usually what your heart really says.
I think that was 100% true.
